Message	:You say our antenna are problem prone, which I must disagree with. When I got my Z (2002) the antenna was not working. I got a new rod with the plastic zip line or whatever its called and I have had zero problems since. This was atleast 6 years ago, and mine works like a champ. :I say just fix yours and take care of it! The antenna on my z isnt broke. It just acts gay all the time. It goes up and down everytime I turn the car off. It goes up whenever I turn the head unit on even if im listening to cd or mp3... Conclusion, basically it wants to stay up all the time and goes up and down when the car gets turned off. How is this better than a stubby antenna? 18" vs 3.5" as the antenna pretty much stays up all the time for no reason.
